1991. Its antecedent,
“The Job Express,” first published in
1988, was the first professional
biweekly magazine providing job market
information in Taiwan. IMC was
established primarily as an
executive search service in order to

been accumulated by the magazine, and to
further service “The Job Express”
clients
and candidates. IMC pioneered in
establishing “Jobnet” (www.jobnet.com.tw),
one of
the earliest job websites in Taiwan, in
July 1995, and ”Jobnet” has been the
longest-
standing job website in Taiwan today.
